Steve’s 40 years of successful agency experience affords our clients invaluable counsel and guidance. His integrated marketing communications knowledge is also a powerful asset. As chairman of Mangan Holcomb Partners, Steve’s primary areas of expertise include brand development, maintenance and strategy, and business development. Under Steve’s leadership, the agency has received local, regional and national recognition in the areas of advertising and public relations. Steve is a graduate of the University of Arkansas’ Fulbright College with a degree in political science.
Throughout his career, Steve has served on the boards of numerous organizations, including the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra, Keep Arkansas Beautiful Foundation, National Federation of Parents, Arkansans for Drug-Free Youth, Junior Achievement of Arkansas, University of Arkansas at Little Rock Foundation Fund, Arkansas Executive Forum, Arkansas Gas Association, St. Vincent Longevity Center Ambassadors, Centers for Youth and Families, and Arkansas Advertising Federation.
