Mangan Holcomb Partners Announces New Leadership Structure
Steve Holcomb, former president and CEO, has transitioned to the role of Chairman and will provide senior counsel to clients and agency executives, along with supporting business development efforts for the agency.
The 38-year old firm, which has experienced significant regional growth in the past decade with the addition of major clients in Kansas, Louisiana, Tennessee and Texas, will be led by an experienced and proven leadership team that has been working together since 1996 to develop the firm’s signature Power Ideas™.
David Rainwater, with nearly 22 years of service at the agency, has taken the helm as CEO, overseeing agency operations and continuing to work directly with many agency clients. Sharon Tallach Vogelpohl, who joined the agency in 1996, has assumed the role of President, focusing on strategic business development and continuing to provide leadership on a variety of agency accounts. C.C. “Chip” Culpepper now serves as Chief Creative Officer, continuing his 14-year commitment to ensuring exceptional creativity in all aspects of the agency’s work, which has earned recognition at the local, regional and national levels for creative excellence.
“This an exciting time for the agency,” said Holcomb. “We’ve been developing this strategic succession plan for several years to ensure a smooth and positive transition for our clients and agency stakeholders. With this leadership team and transition plan in place, Mangan Holcomb Partners is well-positioned for the future.”
